Culture & Talents

We’re a pretty diverse bunch, but our culture is our common ground ─ it allows us to feel comfortable, despite different backgrounds. We believe trust, in one another and in our competencies, is at the core of everything we do. Our agile, international culture and environment with talents from 50+ nations encourages mutual trust and creates a safe space to discuss openly and act freely. This culture is also cultivated by regular team and company get-togethers, from grabbing a drink on the terrace to our quarterly company-wide events.

Support & Relocation

Since we’re a versatile team from over 50 different countries, we offer support for relocation and settling down in a new country and city. This includes tips for flat searching, language courses, help with registration in the city, suggestions for choosing a health insurance plan and local bank, visa support, a newcomer’s loan and a relocation budget to help cover flights and moving expenses (this varies depending on where you’re moving from). If you bring your family along, we will also offer support for their relocation, from helping them with visas to providing you with tips and tricks on how the “Kita-Navigator” works so that you can register your child for a place in a kindergarten or school.
